As part of our commitment to improving accessibility to mandatory technical documentation related to Safran Cabin products, Safran Cabin, guided by its legitimate interests:

• Authorize customers to access appropriate documents and notify documentation evolutions.
• Allow Safran Cabin to monitoring portal usage for security purposes.
• Allow internal user to search and modify technical documentation of SCA products.

Processed personal information are the following:

• Identification: First Name, Last Name
• Contact Information provided at registration: Division / job title, Status, Company / location, Professional Adress, Professional Phone/Mobile/fax, Professional email
• Connection information: logs
• Service usage: logs

These data are collected for the specific purpose of operating the portal, authorizing access to documentation according, notify customer about document evolution, and monitoring portal usage.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with data protection regulations (GDPR). Therefore, the collected data will be retained for specific durations:

• Traceability data are kept until models and data are in Database.
• External User Data: Data is retained for the duration of customer support service, and access is closed after one year of inactivity.
• Log files (connection & usage) are kept for 1 year. All logs are only accessible by administrators and the IT security team.
• Safran Cabin Employee: Data User accounts are disactivated at employee leave or mobility, if new position does not require access. Traceability data are kept during tool usage duration or documentation on which change was made.

Access to the personal data is restricted to authorized personnel within our Support and Services Department, as well as Information Systems Administrators, who are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

All data is stored on Safran's server located at Denton, Texas, USA.

Each person has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit and port their personal data, as well as the right to object, which can be exercised by contacting the Safran Personal Data Protection Officer: dpo.sca@safrangroup.com.

Each person may also file a complaint with the French data control authority (www.cnil.fr). The exercise of your rights will not lead to any form of discrimination on the part of Safran Cabin and the data will not be sold.
